Christmas is Coming & Dates for your Diary

Christmas is yet again approaching at a speed of knots and each Christmas that passes, seems to arrive quicker than the one before or is it just my thinking?

A lot of us will tend to put pressure on ourselves leading up to this festive time of year, writing our todo list and running around like a headless chicken trying to buy the latest present for a loved-one before the shops sell out. Then theres the buying of all the Christmas food, ordering the Turkey and goodies we stash away until its time.

What about the joining of families at this time of year, many of us bring both sides of the family together to share either Christmas day or boxing day with them. Not always an easy task, there is always “we cant sit Harry next to Paul” and “auntie Jane doesn’t like auntie Anne” “wow” such pressure and we do this to ourselves each year just because we want to give back and try and make a little magic for everyone.

Christmas should be magical, harmonies and a merry affair to be shared with family friends and loved-ones but for some of us, we aren’t so lucky.
