• The caller isn’t genuine

• A time waster

• The caller may not be who he/she proclaims to be

The list goes on and on, but there is always an exception to the rule!

Sometimes I find myself answering a withheld number just to say “do you realise you’ve come through on a number withheld”? Im always polite,  I always ask the caller to call me back with their number displayed, and explain when they do i will be happy to answer all their questions. The caller replies “ok, I will do that now” and guess what, yes you’ve got it, 99% of the time they never do.

As I mentioned before, there is always an exception to the rule!

Way back in 2014, when I started massaging, I was a complete novice to the ins and outs of this industry and all the quirky bits and pieces that came along with it. I found myself answering every call that rang, wether the number was displayed or not, I quickly learnt my lesson after the type of calls I received.
