🌶️ Sue’s After-Dark Diaries Ep 11: Bubbles, Banter & the Slippery Soap
Reader Intro
Welcome back, darlings, to another chaotic entry in Sue’s After-Dark Diaries. Episode 11, “Bubbles, Banter & the Slippery Soap,” is here to remind you that mixing romance, sex toys, and a bubble bath rarely ends in calm serenity. Instead, you get tidal waves, thrusts gone wrong, and neighbours wondering if you’re auditioning for a very wet West End musical. This one’s sassy, sensual, and soaked in both laughter and climax. Dive in, towel optional.

A Perfect Bath… Until Mark
It was supposed to be my night of bliss. Just me, a mountain of bubbles, candlelight flickering seductively, and Dan and my ever-loyal vibrator – resting like a crowned jewel on the tub’s edge. The scene was practically ripped from a luxury spa advert, except for the slight mildew stain on the tiles and the rubber duck leering at me like he knew what was about to happen.
And then Mark knocked.
The man upstairs. The corkscrew saviour from Episode 7. The cheeky neighbour with a knack for showing up at exactly the wrong (or right) moment. This time, he had a bottle of Prosecco dangling in one hand and that signature grin plastered on his face.
“I thought you might need a top-up,” he said, eyeing the bubbles like he was auditioning for Bath Night: The Movie.
“Mark! I’m naked!” I shrieked, ducking under the frothy mountain.
“Yeah, and?” He stepped inside like I’d invited him. Within seconds, he was perched on the edge of the bath, pouring us both a glass. “You look… comfortable.”
Comfortable? My boobs were bobbing like twin icebergs about to sink the Titanic, my thighs were squeaking against porcelain, and Dan hummed softly like a caged beast waiting to be unleashed. Comfortable was not the word.

The Tidal Wave
The chaos began when I tried to reach for Dan. Just a subtle move under the bubbles, a secret retrieval, nothing dramatic. But with one slippery elbow and a clumsy angle, I knocked him straight into the bath.
Dan came alive like Poseidon himself had pressed his ‘on’ button. He shot under my thighs like a torpedo, buzzing furiously, making me yelp so loudly Mark nearly dropped the Prosecco.
In my attempt to rescue him, I lunged, slipped, and flailed like a drunk mermaid. That was all it took.
The bath erupted.
Water and bubbles cascaded over the edge, drenching Mark’s jeans, flooding the mat, and creating a tidal wave so aggressive my rubber duck nearly drowned. Candles toppled, steam rose, and I shrieked like I’d summoned some erotic Kraken.
Mark clutched his drink, spluttering. “Sue! It’s— it’s— bloody hell, it’s like a tsunami of sexy chaos!”
Meanwhile, Dan was still buzzing, wedged firmly in a place that made my toes curl and my voice squeak like a kettle about to boil over.

Sexy Chaos & Slippery Soap
Mark didn’t move to help. Oh no, he leaned closer, eyes twinkling. “Careful, Sue, you’re making the bath look positively… frisky.”
I lunged at him, splashing another wave that soaked the last dry towel in the room. He burst out laughing, and I could barely breathe – half from hysteria, half from the relentless rhythm of Dan vibrating exactly where I didn’t want to lose control yet.
My hands slipped, catching the soap, which squirted out of my grip like it was auditioning for Grease 2: The Bath Edition. Mark caught it mid-air, wagged it like a trophy, and said, “Even the soap’s running from you!”
“Mark!” I gasped, half-laughing, half-moaning. “This is— ohhh— not what I— ohhh— had planned!”
“Seems better than Netflix,” he grinned, leaning closer until his lips brushed the damp skin of my shoulder.
The Neighbours’ Greek Chorus
Of course, this was when Mrs. Craven upstairs decided to join in.
Bang bang bang went the ceiling.
“Some of us are trying to watch EastEnders, Sue!”
Her husband chimed in: “Sounds like an orgy in the pipes!”
I couldn’t breathe. I was laughing so hard between thrusts of water, slippery bubbles, and Dan’s merciless buzzing that my stomach cramped.
Mark raised his glass toward the ceiling like he was giving a toast. “Cheers to that!”
Losing All Sensibility
I tried to be graceful. I really did. But grace is hard when you’re:
-
Straddling the world’s angriest vibrator,
-
Thrashing around in a bathtub that’s now half-empty thanks to the flood,
-
And being kissed by a man who smells like sandalwood and Prosecco.
Every time I thought I’d found control, another surge of bubbles or another buzz from Dan sent me squealing. My thighs clamped down, my back arched, and Mark, ever the commentator, whispered, “Ride the waves, Sue. Surf’s up.”
I nearly drowned from laughing.

The Build-Up
Then it happened. That delicious build. The one where you know you’re moments away from tipping over the edge, but the situation is so absurd you wonder if climax counts if you’re simultaneously choking on bath foam.
Mark pressed closer, hand sneaking under the bubbles, fingers joining the madness Dan had started. My breath hitched. My laugh turned into a gasp.
“Oh god— Mark— this is— ohhhhhh—”
“Go on, Sue. Let go. The neighbours already think you’re filming a porno.”
And with one final thrust, one glorious vibrating hum, and one tidal wave that sent water splashing against the window, I let go.
The Climax
It was a climax for the ages. Not delicate. Not serene. No. This was messy, wet, chaotic. My thighs clamped, my body shook, my voice echoed so loudly I’m sure the entire block heard. Bubbles flew like celebratory confetti.
Mark clung to the bath edge, grinning like he’d just conquered Everest. Dan, still buzzing faintly, floated lazily past like a victorious warship.
“Oh my god,” I gasped, chest heaving, hair plastered to my face. “That was— that was—”
“An environmental disaster,” Mark said, surveying the soaked floor. “But the best kind.”

Aftermath of the Flood
We sat in the wreckage of what used to be my peaceful spa night. Towels ruined. Bath half-empty. Neighbours grumbling through the walls.
Mark clinked his glass against mine, both of us dripping wet. “To bubbles, banter, and slippery soap,” he toasted.
Dan buzzed weakly like he was agreeing.
I laughed so hard I nearly spilled my drink again.
Final Thought
If there’s one lesson to take from Episode 11: never underestimate the chaos of combining bath foam, Prosecco, and a vibrator with a mind of its own. You might lose your towels, flood the bathroom, and scandalize the neighbours, but you’ll also gain a memory so funny, so steamy, so utterly Sue, it deserves its own standing ovation.
And yes… I’ll probably do it all again next week.
