Christmas is Coming
and
and
You got it, Sue’s having a RANT and yes, i’m on my soap box and extremely PIS**D OFF!!
Why is it, that people and generally men, i’m sorry to say, think it’s ok to book appointments and never turn up? They don’t even text to say somethings come up or cancel. How bloody rude and inconsiderate of people.
I really don’t understand this mentality.
Would you book your car in for a MOT and just not turn up? Probably NOT, so why the hell do people think it’s ok to treat me with such contempt? This is where i’m inviting you to explain because I really do not understand.
If I treated my customers as just a number or I was horrible or hardened to this service or didn’t please my clients, then I could start to understand, but that simply isn’t the case.
If this happened once in a blue moon, then I could accept it as “oh thats a new NO SHOW” and get on with my day. The thing is, this is happening all the time and I’m completely disgusted and furious by the way people behave.
It’s very hard out there in the big wide world at this time of year anyway, and especially with whats going on with price hikes everywhere you turn.
When people behave like this it has a knock on effect, it means I do not earn. The fact is, it has cost me money just by getting my room ready with warming the oils, lights on and heating the room ready for your appointment.
Respect and manners cost absolutely nothing AND you will get so much more because you are nice and considerate!
Wow, it seems like I have to put these types of post out to teach people how to conduct themselves, shouldn’t this have been instilled whilst growing up?
If this is now the new normal, with people having no values or respect for one-another, then it’s not surprising how this country is going down the toilet, wouldn’t you agree?
I have to get it off my chest and you can’t blame me for that, surly.
OK i’m off my soap box and RANT is now over.
Please always be kind ad respectful because manners and a kind word really doesn’t cost anything.
Take care of you and yours,
