☐ Clean drinking water (2–3L per person/day) – refill bottles or use purification tablets

☐ Water purification tablets & unscented bleach (for emergency purification)

☐ Iodine tablets (for nuclear protection – keep in medical kit)

☐ Non-perishable food: tinned meals, rice, oats, crackers, soup

☐ Long-life milk and high-calorie snacks

☐ Manual can opener

☐ Battery-powered and wind-up torch

☐ Candles and matches/lighters (used with caution)

☐ Extra blankets, jumpers, thermal clothing, socks

☐ First-aid kit: plasters, bandages, painkillers, antiseptic wipes

☐ Prescription medications (up to date and full supply)

☐ Spare glasses/contact lenses and solution

☐ Portable or wind-up radio (battery-powered too!)

☐ Power bank for charging devices
