I have a problem with my willy and I just wondered what you thought it might be and any solution other than a visit to the quacks?
A few weeks ago I visited a lady, an escort. Not my usual lady as she wasn’t working because of the lockdown, although this lady sounded just what I was looking for, you know what I mean, a mans needs and all that stuff. To be honest, she was great and I really had a good time with her.
Question
My question is this sue.
About 3 or 4 days after my rendezvous, I notice a little itching under my foreskin. I’m a clean guy and shower at least once a day so I know it doesn’t have anything to do with hygiene. I did wear a condom with this lady but at the back of your mind theres always a little doubt.
The thing is, my willy still has a tickling itch and from the picture I sent you, you can see how its now pail and blotchy in colour and looks like it could shed a layer of skin of which is concerning.
Please Sue, do you have any thoughts on my willy other than STD’s ?

Hi Rich,
Thank you for getting in contact about your willy. I’m not going to upload your picture on here as I don’t thick it would be fair to you or my readers, however, your condition looks like something I have seen before.
Because of the lockdown and a shortage of somethings initially in the shops, is it possible that you have bought a bathroom product such as shower gel or soap you haven’t used before?
I’m ask this question because, in all probability, because you wore a condom the chances of you contracting an STD I believe are minuscule. This leaves me to think that you have a reaction to a toiletry product you are using or possibly the condom, if it wasn’t your normal brand.
In lots of cases, because the foreskin is enclosed and a warm area, its perfect conditions for bacteria to thrive which is exactly what would happen with irritation. This then could develop into a yeast infection and if left untreated, acts like your picture and how you have described your present condition.
If this is the case, good news as you can go and buy a tube of Canesten cream off the shelf in Tesco normally sold to ladies who suffer with thrush.
Wash and dry your willy before applying the cream and after applying the cream, you should feel almost instant relief. When the irritation returns, go through the same again. Hopefully within 48hrs you will start to see a difference but, wash with a product you know isn’t causing you any problems.
Obviously if after a week your symptoms are still evident, I would recommend you visit your doctor.
