Leap Year

29th February 2020

It’s officially the last day of February and this year is a Leap Year, if it’s your Birthday today then I’m wishing you many happy returns and hope you have a good one.

Omg where has the time gone, it only seems a couple of weeks ago I was in Spain for Christmas and New Year…

I’m sure i’m not alone in my thinking but on a brighter note it’s only 29 days until it’s officially the start of Summer. Not wishing to wish my life away but I do long for warmer climes, brilliant sunshine and beautiful blue Skys.

I miss sitting in my garden with a chilled glass of sangria on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon catching a few rays of glorious sunshine, Roll on summer!

Although today the sun keeps popping out from behind huge grey clouds and amongst fierce gusts of wind, hopefully it won’t be too long before the heating is turned off and our coats are removed.

And, if we utilise this time with a few healthy changes we could all be body ready for the summer… food for thought? Personally I need to leave the chocolates alone lol.
