Sensual & Humorous Ode to the Bra

💋 Wednesday’s Bra

It’s midweek again, I give a deep sigh,
My bra looks smug as I walk by.
Strap by strap, it climbs up high,
Like it’s ready to hoist my mood—not just my thigh.

It cups my curves with cheeky delight,
A clingy friend that hugs too tight.
It whispers, “Girl, you’ve still got game,”
Though my left boob disagrees—it’s never the same.

Lace and lift, it does its part,
To fake a bounce and steal a heart.
Under sweaters, it’s all demure,
But beneath that? Pure lingerie couture.

By noon it bites, by three it pokes,
By five it’s plotting underwire jokes.
But off it slips with great relief,
Like shedding secrets, or moral grief.

So here’s to bras on hump day nights,
The real MVPs in silky fights.
They may chafe, squeeze, and sometimes pry…
But damn, they make me feel so sly.
