Good day to you all,

Having been asked on numerous occasions if I perform Prostrate Massage I thought this would be interesting to give clarity on exactly what a Prostrate Massage entails.

When gents call me and ask if I perform Prostrate Massage, I always ask them, in their opinion, what do they classify a Prostrate Massage to be? This is because so many gents have different ideas on what a Prostrate Massage involves and believe me, I have heard all sorts of ideas and combination.

Prostrate Massage isn’t for everyone but if performed correctly, can enhance a mans sexual pleasure.

What is the Prostrate

The prostate anatomy can be divided into three sections, which are categorised by the function of the prostate tissue. The three sections of prostate are made up of the peripheral, central, and transitional zones.

The peripheral zone is the outermost area of the prostate, resting closest to the wall of the rectum. It makes up approximately 70 percent of a healthy prostate gland.

The next layer is the central zone, which is approximately 25 percent of the prostate tissue. This area contains the ejaculatory ducts, which help move semen through the urethra and out of the body.

The transitional zone of the prostate, resting next to the urethra, makes up around 5 percent of the prostate at puberty. This zone continues to increase in size throughout adulthood.

The prostate gland is about the size and shape of a walnut, located between the bladder and the root of the penis. The urethra (the tube through which urine and semen leave the body) runs through the centre of the prostate.

As a man ages, the prostate tends to grow. For men in their 60s, 70s, and older, the prostate can reach the size of a plum or even larger.

How to find your Prostrate

A person can insert a lubricated finger into their rectum, then push slightly on the front wall of the rectum. They may feel a slight bulge.

It is also possible to stimulate the prostate less directly by pushing upward on the skin between the testicles and the rectum, an area called the perineum.

Because the prostate is so close to the bladder and urethra, intense prostate stimulation can cause the urge to urinate.

The correct way to perform Prostrate Massage

There is some preparation men should do before indulging in prostrate massage such as anal douching to remove traces of faeces and showering.

In a professional manner,

  • The masseuse will have their fingernails short and wear gloves.
  • Water based lubricant will be applied to the gloved hand and anus.
  • Gently inserting using the index finger, initially to the first knuckle then remove.
  • Inserting again gently up to the second knuckle and remove.
  • Repeat but now up to the third knuckle where normally the Prostrate gland can be found towards the penis.
  • Using the flat pad of the inserted finger, in a gentle stroking fashion begin the massage.
  • Keep the stroking gentle but consistent for maximum pleasure.

What are the benefits of Prostrate Massage?

The prostate is one of the male erogenous zones. An erogenous zone is a highly sensitive area of the body that may generate a sexual response when stimulated.

Prostate milking may be very pleasurable. Because the prostate plays a role in producing semen, stimulating it may produce a more intense orgasm during ejaculation.

  • Some men suffering with Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): enlargement of the prostate report their symptoms are eased.
  • Enhanced ejaculation.
  • A sense of heightened pleasure.

When NOT to indulge in Prostrate Massage

The tissues lining the prostate and rectum are delicate and vulnerable to cuts, tears, and abrasions. Massaging the prostate too intensely can easily lead to soreness.

Overly aggressive prostate massage can also cause rectal bleeding, creating a risk of bacterial infection or aggravating haemorrhoids.

Furthermore, manual prostate massage is discouraged for men with acute bacterial prostatitis. The massage increases inflammation and may promote the spread of bacteria to the urethra, other parts of the urinary tract, and the bloodstream

It’s important to remember that a mans prostrate should be checked for cancer regularly from the age of 55 to 70 and if cancer is detected early then this can cause no lasting problems.

If you have been diagnosed with a form of Prostrate cancer then it’s advisable not to seek Prostrate Massage. Why? In simple terms, it’s possible that by stroking the Prostrate gland particles could break off which in turn could lead in to tumours and or the cancer cells could infiltrate the rest of the body.

Can I perform Prostrate Massage on myself?

The answer is “YES”, you might not get the same effect as when a professional masseuse performs the Prostrate Massage but it is possible. Just be careful not to apply too much pressure.

Another possibility is to try a vibrating butt plug. They come in all colours, shapes and sizes and range from approximately £15.00 upwards with an average price around the £40’s.

Vibrating toys doesn’t appeal to everyone, however, for some, it gives them the possibility of discreetly discovering their Prostrate and seeing if they like the sensations before taking the next step to finding someone to perform Prostrate Massage.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope this article has enlightened a few people on the art of Prostrate Massage.

Have a great day people and see you all soon I hope.

Take care of you and yours,
