Oh my it’s Friday again, the last day of the working week for some. How was your 1st week been, returning back to work out of lockdown? Strange but nice i’m sure.
I managed to see a few news clips and it looked like people were going crazy with long queues of people waiting to enter shops and buying up the high street. It’s weird how we behave, we haven’t had our high streets open since Christmas and as soon as their allowed, do we feel the need to buy-buy-buy. It’s great for the retailer and long may it continue for them.
My week over all has been great, just a few people dulled the shine by not turning up for their appointments, but it was lovely seeing old and new clients. It’s been great to laugh again and revisit that uniquely personal banter thats created over time. I have chatted away, i’ve laughed and smiled so thank you all for that.
Today I should be in Thailand visiting my parents, it’s my dads 80th Birthday today and I should be partying the day and night away with him. I’m really sad that I can’t be with him on his special day. I’m sure he will be singing his heart out and dancing the night away with a JD firmly in his hand. I have always called him the oldest swinger in town, he’s such a party animal lol, so now his parting antics can be official at 80.
“Happy Birthday Dad, have a great day and love and miss you loads” xxx
There are no secrets within my family so yes, my family are aware of this website before I receive texts asking why I wished my Dad Happy Birthday on here.
I have received a few texts asking about the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Is it returning?? Yes it will do but i’m going to tweak it up a bit. You will just have to keep your eyes open for the post.
